Apple Pie

On the 13th of September 1945, my father Elwyn Robert was born. My father was a man of great knowledge. He loved to hunt and fish, be in the out doors, and he really loved Apple Pie. My Dad always said..."There are only two kinds of Pie.....Hot or Cold Apple Pie." My father passed away almost two years ago. To think of him and to honor his love for Apple Pie, we as a family worked to make an Apple Pie this year on what would be his birthday. Let me tell you that this Apple Pie was great. Sara the main cook put most of the effort in making this pie,

but we all had our hands in eating the Apple Pie.
