So, because we are an approved joint-base YMCA base, we get "free" passes to the YMCA. One catch...you have to use it 8 times a month, or the next 6 month phase, they will drop you!
Now, memberships ended on April 30th. So...On May 1st, my membership was still working...guess that means I got renewed...?? No emails, no contact, no nothing....
Well, our cards worked until May 12th....and then...they stopped. Go figure!! So we were told we didn't use the Y 8 times in the month of December. December? REALLY??!!? Half the month they were closed due to the incredibly weird snow we had this year, and the other half they had no classes due to Christmas. Seriously...did anyone get their 8 times a month in December?? Well, apparently a few did, however, there were a lot that didn't. So...we get to fight that while all the other months have been visited on average 15 times...the month of December only got 4....they couldn't have averaged it out???
So...we're supposed to hear something today, or Monday...we'll see what they say....if they don't renew us...I guess this is these will be the last classes.....for $115 a month there is no way I'm paying that myself!!
So...we wait .....and wait.....and hopefully see soon.....
